This summer Nonoproduktion was in the city of Newark, New Jersey, for a two-month residency program at the Sumei Art Center, filming a documentary about Newark's industrial history and urbanism.
Using state-of-the-art contemporary techniques, Nonoproduktion is attempting to fuse the old and the new into a mind-bending, and sometimes surrealist vision of the city today. The documentary is still being edited, so don't expect it anytime soon.
